François is a Chartered Appraiser and has been a member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec since 1993. He started his training in Montreal in 1981 with Groupe Leroux and in 1994, he joined Picard Crevier Guertin & Associated Inc. which later became PCG Carmon. François was a partner and the president of this company until March 2018. In April 2018, he joins forces to create Caprea. During his career, François has worked on all levels of appraisal, consultancy and revision, including market analysis, feasibility studies, litigation or arbitration, buying and selling.
As a senior adviser, François mainly carries out property appraisal mandates for the purposes of expropriation, easement negotiations, financing and litigation. François has been an expert witness for the Tribunal administratif du Quebec and high courts since the late 1990s. His presence in court is often linked to expropriation cases.
Associate of Caprea since 2018, Guillaume has been working in real estate appraisal since 2015, after earning a certificate in Urban and Real Estate Management from the Université Laval. In January 2017, he became a chartered appraiser of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. He deals with financing, disposition, litigation and division on different mandates including commercial, industrial, retirement homes, inns, cottages, campgrounds, hotels and industrial and commercial equipments.
Morgane is a partner at Caprea since 2018. She has over 7 years of experience in real estate appraisal in Montreal. She is an chartered appraiser and member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. Morgane is in charge of the real estate appraisal department and works mainly on expropriation cases as well as valuation and consultancy mandates for public bodies and deals with charges on real estate, emphyteusis, surface rights and subsurface rights, etc. She holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning from the Université de Perpignan (France). Morgane is recognized as expert witness at the Tribunal administratif du Québec.
Julien is a partner at Caprea and has 6 years of experience in real estate appraisal. He is a chartered appraiser and a member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. Julien is in charge of the residential department and offers multidisciplinary expertises working mainly in financing, capital gain, succession, litigation, division and advisory cases for marketing or purchase.
Charles-Olivier joined the firm in 2018. A former high-level athlete, he stands out in his field by his interpersonal skills and his dedication. The latter is a pillar of the residential department and is tasked with several tasks, including writing short reports, and acts as a representative for the company at the level of business development during events.
Charles-Olivier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Urban and Real Estate Management profile, as well as a Minor in Management. Charles-Olivier is now a Chartered Evaluator of the Order of Chartered Evaluators of Quebec since November 2020.
Vanessa is now a Chartered Appraiser, following her certification in November 2021. She works in the Commercial and Industrial Appraisal Department. She has over 20 years of experience in the field as well as strong skills in land valuation, agricultural valuation and the application of the cost method. She has been employed by Caprea since the founding of the company and has already worked with the team in place since 2015. Her role within the company is important since she is multidisciplinary and helps to all departments.
Ion joined Caprea in 2018. He has six years of experience as a real estate valuation analyst in the private and financial sector of Moldova. Since he arrived in Montreal in 2014, he is involved as a technician in all types of appraisal cases of the firm. Ion is an intern of the Odre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. He plans to obtain his title in september 2022.
Vincent joined Caprea in 2018. He has many years of experience in customer service. He has joined the commercial and industrial department and performs several tasks, such as visiting building and preparing reports. He holds a Bachelor of Buisiness Administration, Urban and Real Estate Management profile, from Laval University in Quebec. Vincent is now a Chartered Evaluator of the Order of Chartered Evaluators of Quebec since he passed the exam to obtain the title in November 2020.
Catherine joined Caprea in February 2019 as an administrative assistant and has held the position of valuation analyst since May 2023. She is a recognized property assessment technician and has several years of experience in the field. Her field experience in appraisal makes her a good candidate for analyzing and writing evaluation files. She supports the team of appraisers and analysts throughout the appraisal process.
Isabelle Sorel joined our team in June 2021 as a building inspection agent. She has now held the position of Head of Building Visiting Agents since August 2022. She has several years of experience as an administrative assistant. Hardworking, resourceful, meticulous and a good team player, Isabelle is committed to providing excellent customer service. She supervises the team of visiting officers and ensures the optimization of procedures within the department.
Lucy Giroux is a bilingual professional dedicated to office support with strong technical skills. She has over 15 years of experience in the administrative field. She has built her career in diversified compagnies an domains, which has given her versatility and great adaptability. She provides great support to her coworkers throughout all the work.
Sophia joined the Caprea team in 2019 as a real estate valuation analyst. She has strong skills in analyzing demographic and real estate data as well as in territorial diagnosis. Her experiences in real estate investment and real estate management have allowed her to better understand real estate markets. She holds a master’s degree in Economics, Law and Management from University of Toulouse I Capitole.
Suzie has been employed by Caprea since 2019. She joined the team as an IT technician in network management and then, became a network administrator in October 2022. His many years of experience allow him to suggest efficient and optimal solutions for the company in terms of database and administrative procedures. She is an essential resource person for clients and colleagues.
Emmanuelle has been employed by Caprea since the very beginning, in April 2018. She worked for many years as a real estate analysis and now occupies the position of appraiser, following obtaining her professional designation. certified appraiser in September 2021. She formerly worked for the commercial and industrial appraisal department. Now she works mainly with the Home Assessment Department team. She has over five years of experience in human resources, project management and general administration. She recently holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, specializing in real estate management and valuation. Having multidisciplinary skills, Emmanuelle is a key resource for the company.
Mylène joined the team in 2019 as a real estate valuation analyst. She has more than 10 years of experience in customer service in different environments such as industrial and construction. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business management from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is currently studying at Laval University in Quebec City to obtain her Urban and property management certificate. She wishes to obtain her title of chartered appraiser in 2022, following her internship to OEAQ.
Karine joined the Caprea team in 2020 as a real estate valuation analyst. She has more than fifteen years of experience in customer service. Graduated of the South West Montreal trade school in surveying and topography, Karine broadens her field of expertise by integrating the residential appraisal department.
Thomas joined the Caprea team in January 2021 as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration, urban and real estate management profile from Laval University. A former high-level athlete, Thomas is hardworking and loves teamwork. He works in the residential appraisal department and conducts several building visits in the Quebec region for all departments of the firm. In addition, he is an intern with the Order of Chartered Appraisers of Quebec in order to obtain his title of chartered appraiser in the fall of 2022.
Isabelle joined the Caprea teams as an administrative assistant in February 2021. She has many years of customer service experience and is currently completing a diploma in Secrecreterial Studies. Having taken real estate agent courses, Isabelle has had a marked interest in field for several years.
Amélie joined the Caprea team un February 2021 as a real estate valuation analyst. She is currently studying in the Building Estimation and Valuation Technology program at Cegep Montmorency in Laval. Her passion for real estate led her to a career change in 2019 since she formerly worked in the event industry. Her years of experience in this field have allowed her to develop a good sens of organization as well as professional rigor.
Stéphanie joined the Caprea team as a data entry clerk in March 2021. She has many years of experience in IT, particulary in programming and computer systems analysis. She also holds an Attestation of Collegial Studies from the Programmer Analyst Program at Herzing College in Montreal. Her experience is undoubtedly a reat added value to our team.
Jerry joined the Caprea team in 2020 as a building inspection agent. He has over 20 years of experience in customer service, commercial and industrial representation. By listening to customers, Jerry works to provide personalized and constant support. He supports the team of analyst and evaluators in the preparation of evaluation reports by taking detailed notes and taking photos at the inspection site.
Isabelle joined our team as an equipment evaluation analyst in August 2021. Isabelle has completed multiple customer service training courses and has more than 20 years of experience in this field. Being resourceful and curious by nature, she created her photography company. His years of customer service experience have allowed him to acquire a good sense of organization and good management of priorities. She is also very motivated to learn the basics of the analyst profession.
Maryse has been working with us since February 2020. She first worked as a building inspection agent and now holds the position of real estate valuation analyst since May 2021. She holds several diplomas, in particular an attestation of collegial studies from chartered real estate broker and real estate agent. Maryse worked for many years in real estate, as a real estate broker and property manager. She is recognized by her colleagues for her efficiency and professional rigor.
Lisa Anne Tibbles joined our team as a Valuation Analyst in September 2022. She has many years of experience in real estate brokerage as well as sales and marketing. She completed several university degrees, including a bachelor's degree in management from HEC, a certificate in finance from HEC and finally, a certificate in business management from HEC. She is currently completing a certificate in urban and real estate management at Laval University. Lisa Anne would eventually like to train with the Order of Chartered Appraisers of Quebec in order to obtain her professional title of Chartered Appraiser.
