François Guertin

François is a Chartered Appraiser and has been a member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec since 1993. He started his training in Montreal  in 1981 with Groupe Leroux and in 1994, he joined Picard Crevier Guertin & Associated Inc. which later became PCG Carmon. François was a partner and the president of this company until March 2018. 

In April 2018, he joins forces to create Caprea. During his career, François has worked on all  levels of appraisal, consultancy and revision, including market analysis, feasibility studies, litigation or arbitration, buying and selling.

As director of Caprea's Consulting Service and Real Estate Expertise, François coordinates all interventions, including dealing with the constituents and overseeing the work done by the team.

He mainly carries out property appraisal mandates for the purposes of expropriation, easement negotiations, financing and litigation. François has been an expert witness for the Tribunal administratif du Quebec and high courts since the late 1990s. His presence in court is often linked to expropriation cases.

Nicolas St-Cyr

Nicolas specializes in writing commercial, industrial and equipment appraisal reports for accounting and financing purposes. As a partner and a chartered appraiser in a company with a wide range of skills and services, Nicolas is recognized by his clients for his efficiency and ability to guide them in taking the best business decisions. He is a trainer in real estate investment and advisor in business decision-making. His past experience in multiple industries allows him to be proactive in helping companies establishing successufl solutions.

Morgane Lecury

Morgane is a partner at Caprea since 2018. She has over 7 years of experience in real estate appraisal in Montreal. She is an chartered appraiser and member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. Morgane is in charge of the real estate appraisal department and works mainly on expropriation cases as well as valuation and consultancy mandates for public bodies and deals with charges on real estate, emphyteusis, surface rights and subsurface rights, etc. She holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning from the Université de Perpignan (France). Morgane is recognized as expert witness at the Tribunal administratif du Québec.

Guillaume Fournier

Associate of Caprea since 2018, Guillaume has been working in real estate appraisal since 2015, after earning a certificate in Urban and Real Estate Management from the Université Laval. In January 2017, he became a chartered appraiser of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. He deals with financing, disposition, litigation and division on different mandates including commercial, industrial, retirement homes, inns, cottages, campgrounds, hotels and industrial and commercial equipments.

Julien Gauthier

Julien is a partner at Caprea and has 6 years of experience in real estate appraisal. He is a chartered appraiser and a member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. Julien is in charge of the residential department and offers multidisciplinary expertises working mainly in financing, capital gain, succession, litigation, division and advisory cases for marketing or purchase.

Marc-Antoine Bessette

Marc-Antoine is a member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec since 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate valuation in the greater Montreal area. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in the execution of commercial, office and large industrial property valuation mandates for financing, taxation and transactional purposes. He also has solid experience in the evaluation of vacant lands in redevelopment, as well as in residential, commercial and industrial real estate development.

Patrick Milot

Patrick joined Caprea un september 2020. He has been working in the field of evaluation since the early 2000s. He also obtained his Chartered Appraiser title in 2007. He holds a Master in Sciences Management in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Economics. His years of experience have allowed him to be efficient and specialist in the field of commercial evaluation.

Vanessa Rhéaume

Vanessa is a real estate analyst in the commercial and industrial department and is also an OEAQ intern. She has over 10 years of experience in the field as well as strong skills in land valuation, agricultural valuation and the application of the cost method. She has been employed by Caprea since the founding of the company and has already worked with the team in place since 2015. Her role within the company is important as it is very diverse and supports all departments.

Ion Miti

Ion joined Caprea in 2018. He has six years of experience as a real estate analyst in the private and financial sector of Moldova. Since he arrived in Montreal in 2014, he is involved as a technician in all types of appraisal cases of the firm. In septembre 2020, Ion will be an intern of the Odre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. He plans to obtain his title in october 2021.

Vincent Paquet

Vincent joined Caprea in 2018. He has many years of experience in customer service. He has joined the commercial and industrial department and performs several tasks, such as visiting building and preparing reports. He holds a Bachelor of Buisiness Administration, Urban and Real Estate Management profile, from Laval University in Quebec. Vincent is a trainee at the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec and plans to obtain his professional title of chartered appraiser in 2020.

Charles-Olivier joined the Caprea team in 2018. A former high-level athlete, his acquired interpersonal skills and his dedication allow him to stand out. He has integrated the residential department and he’s doing several tasks, such as visiting residential buildings and preparing reports. He holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Urban Management and Real Estate profile, as well as a minor in Management. Charles-Olivier is an intern of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec and plans to obtain his professional title of chartered appraiser in 2020.

Valérie Roussin

Valérie joined the Caprea team in 2019 as a real estate analyst. She has more than a decade of experience in customer service, especially in finances. She graduated of the Montmorency College in Property Management, and now expanded her field of expertise by joining the residential and commercial evaluation department.

Catherine Legault

Catherine holds an appraisal technician certification and has nearly 8 years of experience in the field. Her background in real estate appraisal makes her an outstanding administrative assistant and a multidisciplinary resource. She also stands out for the quality of her client relationships. She provides an administrative support to the real estate appraisers and the analysts throughout the valuation process.

Jerry Marceau

Acting as subcontractor, Jerry joined the Caprea team in 2020 as a property inspector. He has over 20 years of experience in customer service, commercial and industrial representation. By listening to customers, Jerry works to provide personalized and constant support. He supports the team of analyst and evaluators in the preparation of evaluation reports by taking detailed notes and taking photos at the inspection site.

Sophia joined the Caprea team in 2019 as a real estate analyst. She has strong skills in analyzing demographic and real estate data as well as in territorial diagnosis. Clothilde joined Caprea in 2018. She has ten years of experience in accounting and administrative management, specifically in the field of real estate appraisal. She manages the company’s accounting department and ensures the monitoring of accounts receivable and payable.

Suzie is an employee of Caprea since 2019. She joined the team as an IT technician in network management. She also has 15 years of experience in this field. She is an essential ressource person for the clients and her colleagues.

Emmanuelle Forest joined the Caprea team in 2018. She has over five years of experience in human resources, project management and general administration. She is currently studying for a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate Management and Evaluation. She plans to acquire the title of chartered appraiser in 2021, following her internship  to OEAQ. Emmanuelle works mainly with the residential and commercial appraisal departments.

She wishes to obtain her title of chartered appraiser in 2021, following her internship to OEAQ.

Rose joined Caprea in 2019 as a real estate analyst. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. Her experience as a financial analyst in a real estate development group in Toulouse, France, led her to develop solid skills in financial analysis and statistics. Rose joined the expertise team in Montreal, she is working on market studies and is supporting the valuation department.

Robinson joined Caprea in 2019 as a real estate analyst. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning from Concordia University, wich has enabled him to acquire a strong knowledge of urban environments. He developed strong data management skills throught his experience as an analyst for an American start-up. Robinson works mainly on real estate and land appraisal mandates in Montreal.

Graduated of the South West Montreal trade school in surveying and topography, Karine broadens her field of expertise by integrating the residential appraisal department.

Fanny joined the Caprea team as a Real Estate Analyst in the residential and commercial valuation departments. She is currently studying in the Technology of Building Assessment and Evaluation program at the Cegep Montmorency. With her attention to details, she supports the team of analysts and evaluators at the L'Assomption office.

Lorie Chamberland

Lorie joined the Caprea team in 2020 as an administrative and communications assistant. She holds a Bachelor Degree in French Studies, language and communication profile from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières, as well as a Diploma of Specialized Superior Studies in Public relations from University Laval. She worked, in particular, as an assistant as well as in communication and content production. She supports the administrative team in place, in addition to taking over internal, external communications and marketing.

Arnaud Asselin

Arnaud joined the Caprea team as a data analyst. He completed a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at the HEC in Montreal and will soon obtain his diploma for his Master in International Affairs at the Hult International Business School in London. Through his knowledge of IT and process improvement, he initiates and supports the team on the project of designing a database adapted for the firm.

Louis-Maxime Bois

Louis-Maxime joined the Caprea team in 2020 as a designer-programmer. He is currently studying at the École Polytechnique of Montreal in the Computer Engineering program. He has also worked in IT, in particular in the mapping of network, electrical and other equipment. He is motivated to learn and use the concepts of database and embedded systems. He works in close collaboration with Arnaud to design a database adapted for the firm.

Simon Audoire

Simon joined the Caprea team in 2020. Graduated from the Agricultural engineering program at the School of Engineers in Purpan and a Master degree in Law and management of agricultural and agrifood businesses at the University of Toulouse, he joined the L'Assomption team as an chartered appraiser. Simon is the first candidate to obtain a France/Quebec professional title equivalence and therefore joins us with his title freshly obtained. He has solid experience in evaluation, mainly residential and agricultural, in France and Quebec.

Mélanie joined the Caprea team in 2020 as a Real Estate Analyst. She holds a multidisciplinary Bachelor in Management from Laval University with a cumulative number of certificates (Urban and Real Estate Management, Entrepreneurship and SME Management, Buisiness Administration) as well as a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Building Estimation and Evaluation Technology at the Cegep of Drummondville. She collaborates on different types of assessment files as part of her internship to become a chartered appraiser in 2021, following her internship to OEAQ.

Étienne joined the Caprea team as a real estate analyst in the residential assessment department. He is a great help writing and researching data for appraisal reports. Having acquired a taste for the real estate appraisal market, Étienne wishes to eventually pursue his studies in this field.

Mame Khar Sarr

Mame joined the Caprea team in august 2020 as a Real Estate Analyst. Having several years of experience in the field of business service, she joined the commercial and industrial evaluation department. She soon began her internship with the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec, with the goal of obtaining the title of Chartered Appraiser.

Mame completed a bachelor's degree in administration and real estate appraisal at the University du Québec à Montréal and is currently completing a certificate in financial analysis at the CFA Instittute.

Mathieu joined the Caprea team in september 2020 as a Real Estate Analyst. He is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in addition to a Certificate in Real Estate. He developed an interest in the field of real estate throught his studies in economics. His previous professional experiences have allowed him to develop good communication skills and a good team spirit. In addition, Mathieu is a intern at the OEAQ, in order to obtain his Chartered Appraiser title in the incoming years.
