François Guertin

François is a Chartered Appraiser and has been a member of the Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec since 1993. He started his training in Montreal  in 1981 with Groupe Leroux and in 1994, he joined Picard Crevier Guertin & associés inc., which later became PCG Carmon. François was a partner and the president of this company until March 2018. 

In April 2018, he joins forces to create CAPREA. During his career, François has worked on all  levels of appraisal, consultancy and revision, including market analysis, feasibility studies, litigation or arbitration, buying and selling.

As director of CAPREA's Consulting Service and Real Estate Expertise, François coordinates all interventions, including dealing with the constituents and overseeing the work done by the team.

He mainly carries out property appraisal mandates for the purposes of expropriation, easement negotiations, financing and litigation. François has been an expert witness for the Tribunal administratif du Quebec and high courts since the late 1990s. His presence in court is often linked to expropriation cases.

Nicolas St-Cyr

Nicolas specializes in writing commercial, industrial and equipment appraisal reports for accounting and financing purposes. As a partner in a company with a wide range of skills and services, Nicolas is recognized by his clients for his efficiency and ability to guide them in taking the best business decisions. Trainer in real estate investment and advisor in business decision-making, his past experience in multiple industries allows him to be proactive in helping companies establishing successufl solutions.

Morgane Lecury

Morgane is a partner at CAPREA since 2018. She has over 7 years of experience in real estate appraisal in Montreal. She is an Chartered Appraiser and member of the Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec. Morgane is in charge of the real estate appraisal department and works mainly on expropriation cases as well as valuation and consultancy mandates for public bodies and deals with charges on real estate, emphyteusis, surface rights and subsurface rights, etc. She holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning from Université de Perpignan (France). Morgane is recognized as expert witness at the Tribunal administratif du Québec.

Guillaume Fournier

Guillaume has been working in real estate appraisal since 2015, after earning a certificate in Urban and Real Estate Management from Université Laval. In January 2017, he became a Chartered Appraiser and joined CAPREA in 2018. He deals with financing, disposition, litigation and division on different mandates including commercial, industrial, retirement homes, inns, cottages, campgrounds, hotels and industrial and commercial equipment.

Julien Gauthier

Julien is a partner at CAPREA and has 6 years of experience in real estate appraisal. He is a Chartered Appraiser and a member of the Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec. Julien is in charge of the residential department and offers multidisciplinary expertise working mainly in financing, capital gain, succession, litigation, division and advisory cases for marketing or purchase.

Marc-Antoine Bessette

Marc-Antoine is a member of the Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec (OEAQ) since 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate valuation in the greater Montreal area. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in the execution of commercial, office and large industrial property valuation mandates for Financing, Taxation and transactional purposes. He also has solid experience in the evaluation of vacant lands in redevelopment, as well as in residential, commercial and industrial real estate development.

Christelle has been working in the field of appraisal since 2006. She graduated from Drummondville CEGEP with a diploma in technologie de l’estimation et de l’évaluation en bâtiment. Ion joined CAPREA in 2018. He has a full year of experience as a real estate analyst with major Moldovan banks. Based in Montreal since 2014, he is involved as a technician in all types of appraisal cases.

Fanny joined Caprea in 2019 and has experience in municipal assessment. After completing her College education in Building Estimation and Evaluation – Real Estate Valuation, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Urban and Real Estate Management. She plans to obtain her title as a Chartered appraiser in 2021.

Vincent Paquet

Vincent joined CAPREA in 2018. He is currently a second year student in the Bachelor of Business Administration in urban and real estate management at Laval University. He aims at becoming a Charterd Appraiser and member of the Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec. He is part of the analysis and compliance department and works on the analysis of real estate transactions in the province of Quebec.

Charles-Olivier joined the CAPREA team in 2018. A former high-level athlete, his acquired interpersonal skills and his dedication allow him to stand out. He has integrated the residential department and he’s doing several tasks, such as visiting residential buildings and preparing reports. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Urban Management and Real Estate, as well as a minor in Management. Charles-Olivier is an intern of the Quebec Order of Chartered Appraisers and plans to obtain his professional title of Chartered Appraiser in 2020.

Valérie joined the Caprea team in 2019 as a real estate analyst and has more than a decade of experience in customer service, including finance. She graduated of the Montmorency College in Property Management, and now expanded her field of expertise by joining the residential and commercial evaluation department.

Catherine holds an appraisal technician certification and has nearly 8 years of experience in the field. Her background in real estate appraisal makes Catherine an outstanding administrative assistant and a multidisciplinary resource. She also stands out for the quality of her client relationships and she provides administrative support to real estate appraisers and analysts throughout the valuation process.

Audrey is a real estate analyst at CAPREA since 2019. She joined the team after completing her double degree at Cégep André-Laurendeau in construction estimate and building appraisal. She works mainly in the real estate expertise and residential departments. Audrey wants to pursue university studies in urban and real estate management in order to obtain her title of chartered appraiser.

Emmanuelle Forest

Emmanuelle Forest joined the Caprea team in 2018. She has over five years of experience in human resources, project management and general administration. She is currently studying for a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate Management and Evaluation. She plans to acquire the title of chartered appraiser in 2021. Emmanuelle works mainly with the residential and commercial appraisal departments.

Mylène joined the team in 2019 as a real estate analyst. She has more than 10 years of experience in customer service in different environments such as industrial and construction. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is currently studying at Université Laval in Québec City to obtain her certificate in Gestion urbaine et immobilière. She wishes to obtain her title of Evaluator Accredited in 2021.

Rose joined Caprea in 2019 as a real estate analyst, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris (France). Her experience as a financial analyst in a real estate development group in Toulouse (France) led her to develop solid skills in financial analysis and statistics. Rose joined the expertise team in Montreal, she is working on market studies and is supporting the valuation department.

Robinson joined Caprea in 2019 as an Analyst.
He holds a BA in Urban Planning from Concordia University, which has enabled him to acquire a strong knowledge of urban environments.
He developed strong data management skills through his experience as an Analyst for an American start-up. Robinson works mainly on real estate and land appraisal mandates in Montreal.

Michel hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A.), and joined the Caprea team in 2020 after obtaining his certificate in real estate. He has ten years of banking experience, which has given him solid experience in consulting, analysis and customer service. As a real estate analyst at Caprea, Michel works in appraisals for commercial, office and industrial buildings. He plans to become a member of the Ordre de Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec and plans to obtain his title in 2021.

Audrey Clermont joined the team in 2020 as a real estate analyst in the Residential and Commercial Appraisal Department. She holds a Master degree from the University of Sherbrooke in environment field, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UQAM. She worked in an engineering firm for the environmental assessment of land department, and has several years of experience in real estate valuation as a technician in the residential service.
